We welcome all to worship at First Lutheran, Findlay as we celebrate the Twenty First Sunday after Pentecost as well as Stewardship Sunday. This Sunday Assisting Pastor Chris Dittmar will share the message “What Does Belong to God?” based on Matthew 22:15-22. Worship services are at 8:15 am and 10:45 am with Sunday School for youth and adults meeting at 9:30 am. The Joyful Ringers will be ringing an arrangement of “Simple Gifts” at the 10:45 service. The pantry requests for the Blessing Basket, the Lutheran Food Pantry at St. John’s Findlay, are tooth paste, paper towel, mushroom soup, saltines, small containers of laundry soap, and shampoo. All these items can be placed in the cart in the hallway or dropped off at the Food Pantry Tuesdays 11- 2 p.m. The women are invited to join with other Lutheran churches for a Fall Gathering at Trinity Lutheran Arcadia at 12:15. Come and join us for Trunk or Treat later Sunday afternoon, 4:00-5:30 at the church parking lot.
